GAM-VAC PLUS

GENERAL INFORMATION

GAMVAC PLUS vehicle is used for suction and transport of liquid waste and other purposes for which vacuum loading is required.  The loading is carried out by means of a sucking-discharge connection and thanks to the use of a four-way valve it is possible to empty the tank under pressure. GAMVAC PLUS vehicle is equipped with a clean water pressure system, thanks to which it is also possible to clean and clear connections to the sewer line, to wash façades with a water pistol. The bodies are mounted on the chassis of trucks produced by leading manufacturers such as MAN, DAF, Volvo, Mercedes, Scania and Renault. Thanks to its dual-functionality, GAMVAC PLUS is perfect when you need to have a vehicle combined with a powerful vacuum-pressure system and an additional pressure system with clean water.

TANK

GAMVAC PLUS vehicles are available in versions with a tank made of carbon steel or stainless steel. The capacity of the tank depends on the gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of the chassis. The GAMVAC PLUS tank is divided into two chambers, i.e. the clean water chamber and the sludge chamber. The cylindrical tank is mounted on a subframe and is placed on the chassis in accordance with strict vehicle construction standards.

EXTERIOR OF THE TANK

GAMVAC PLUS type vehicles are equipped with hose trays for storing suction hoses. For aesthetic and safety reasons, the vehicle can be equipped with lockable cabinets and side boxes. The standard equipment of GAMVAC PLUS vehicle includes side tool boxes, key-locked.

REAR DOOR

Depending on the customer's needs, GAMVAC PLUS vehicles can be equipped with a fixed or an openable rear door. The simplest rear door is equipped with DN600 inspection manhole that provides an access to the interior of the tank. On the rear door there are: suction-discharge connection, suction coupling and a floater ball indicator. GAMVAC PLUS vehicles are equipped with a stainless steel chute located under the couplings.

THE VACUUM-PRESSURE SYSTEM

The standard equipment of GAMVAC PLUS vehicles includes a multi-way shut-off valve system protecting the compressor against flooding. Additionally, according to the requirements of the Bureau of Technical Inspection, tank of the GAMVAC PLUS vehicle is equipped with a safety valve that is set at the pressure limit of 0.05 MPa. The most important element of the system is an efficient and powerful hydraulically driven compressor.

HIGH-PRESSURE SYSTEM

The high-pressure system consists, among others, of a high-pressure, hydraulically driven pump that is used for sewers from 200 to 300 mm in diameter. The pump is protected against dry running and excessive increase of pressure. GAMVAC PLUS vehicles are equipped with a pneumatic purging system for hoses and other components to remove residual water from the installations. High-pressure system components, including pressure hoses, preliminary filters and venting system, are made of the highest quality materials.

HIGH-PRESSURE REELS

Pressure hoses are located on hydraulically driven reels with an adjustable speed of rotation. The pressure drum is located on the rear door or in the bottom part of the vehicle. The standard is a hose with a length of 6m and a diameter of DN13.

PRESSURE GUN

The pressure gun allows precise application of clean water to clean the worksite or the vehicle itself.

VARNISH COATING

GAMVAC PLUS varnish coating fulfills the most stringent anti-corrosion requirements, which guarantees durability and aesthetic appearance of the vehicle. The colour of the bodywork is selected in accordance with the RAL colour palette, and the thickness of the layer is verified during the quality control by means of electronic measuremen

CONTROL PANEL

The GAMVAC PLUS control panel enables intuitive operation of all bodywork systems and its location and ergonomic design increase the efficiency of the operator's work. GAMON TRUCKS bodywork can also be radio-controlled (RC).

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

GAMVAC PLUS vehicles can be equipped with a number of options that increase the performance of the vehicle, but also the standard of work of the operator, including: a rear view camera, a radio control, a sewage measurement system, a GPS, sludge pump and suction injector made from stainless steel.
